Description:

Cod Liver Oil contains Omega 3 essential fatty acids, including EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamins A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal vision and normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenace of normal bones and teeth.

Each capsule contains on average 297mg of Cod Liver Oil providing on average 800µg (100%*) Vitamin A and 5µg (100%*) Vitamin D.

Directions

Take one or two capsules daily. Not to be taken during pregnancy. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12.
