Description: Flax Seed Oil (also known as Linseed Oil) is a rich natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (an Omega 3 fatty acid) which can be converted by the body into the Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Each capsule provides on average 1000mg of flax seed oil of which 500mg is Alpha Linoleic Acid Six capsules provide 1.8g of pumpkin seed oil.
Directions: Take one to five capsules a day before any meal.
