Oregano is a herb native to the Mediterranean and south-central Asia. It has long been used as an integral part of diets. As a dietary supplement in softgel form, it delivers a high concentration of the predominant phenol carvacrol.
Used since ancient times, oil of wild oregano is popular during the winter season.
Directions: Take one to two capsules a day before any meal.
