Vitamin B is a complex of water soluble vitamins. They are called the ‘B Complex’ because you do not find one of them in a food or in a living tissue without the others being somewhere close at hand. Ingredients: Bulking Agents: (Di Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Para Aminobenzoic Acid, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine HCl, Vitamin B12 prep (Cyanocobalamin, Maltodextrin), Thiamin HCl, Riboflavin, Anti-Caking Agent: (Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid Prep (Folic Acid, Maltodextrin), Biotin Prep (Biotin, Maltodextrin).
